It’s always special when children show us the way things should be.
The greater need
The leadership of Arianiti Private School invited a group of children from A2B’s Another Life Elbasan and Hope for the Future (H4F) projects to participate in a Spring Day fair for pupils and parents at the school.
With the help of a visiting team of Swiss volunteers, the children prepared handmade bead bracelets, homemade sweets and cookies. The fair raised approximately €500, which Arianiti School donated to support the children in AL Elbasan and H4F.
Something beautiful then happened.
The children themselves decided that the entire amount should be given to the children in AL Peqin and AL Rrogozhinë, because they believed those children were in even greater need than they were. This gesture demonstrated extraordinary generosity and compassion by the children and is another testament to how A2B’s programmes foster real community spirit in the children and families it serves.
