Alla Yeritspokhova came to the UK as a refugee with her two young sons last August when staying put in Ukraine became too risky. Currently living in Salisbury, Alla heard about House of Opportunity’s Abseil Challenge from CEO Chris Mould, and then asked if she and her family could get involved!
Tomorrow courageous Alla will be taking the Challenge too. “The UK has been so good to us. I want to give back somehow and supporting this NGO and the great projects they do is one obvious way. I’m excited of course, and just a bit nervous too!”
Funds raised through the Abseil Challenge will be used to help prevent at-risk young people, including Ukrainian refugees, from being trafficked and exploited throughout Europe and help provide them with better futures.
